Located in a on the beach of Cala Nova with privileged views to sea and the island of Tagomago, the Restaurant Cala Nova ‘s dresses as the Mediterranean sea , fishing boats, white and blue; is our way to return to the origins of the kitchen of Ibiza, the truly sailor breathe in every corner of the restaurant.
THE FOOD
Restaurant Cala Nova is a new stage in Mediterranean gastronomic tasting , local beach fish like ” Rotja ” the ” Gallo San Pedro “, fresh squid and typical rice as ” Paella Valenciana” or “ Arroz a Banda ” , all these dishes will star in Cala Nova ‘s Restaurant, this culinary offer will be completed with our large terrace, day beds and our cocktails made with fresh fruit.
KIDS CORNER
The Restaurant has prepared a space for the children a “Kids Corner” where we will have everything they need for the enjoyment and learning, games, paintings etc … To enjoy the experience both young and grownups, we have workshops and thematic activities planned, we want families feel like they are ” at home ” .
